WEBSITE OF THE DAY – My Parents Were Awesome

Parents clearly have a lot to answer for. Go easy on us kids

Any of you out there who have started down the weird and wonderful road of parenthood might have started to think a bit like I have. Right now, my little girl is only 6 months old, so the clothes I wear and the music I listen to and the car I drive all seem perfectly acceptable to her. I mean, she doesn’t really express opinions beyond "yes that amuses me" or "no, get that out of my face" at the moment. But that’s going to change, isn’t it?

Catching site of this blog has answered my question – kids are always going to look back at what their parents were doing, wearing, driving, and basically laugh their backsides off.
