Sony Ericsson Aino suffering from touchscreen issues
Problems for another high-end SE handset days after Satio yanked from shelves

Following the news that the Carphone Warehouse and Phones4U have yanked the Sony Ericsson Satio for "issues", a second Sony Ericsson handset, the Satio's "Aino" stable-mate is also reported to be experiencing problems.
A number of Aino users are said to have had problems with the new high-end touchscreen device's screen, with a "small number of customers in Britain" said to be affected.
"Obviously we are working as quickly as possible to solve it", a Sony Ericsson spokesperson told Reuters.
As to how this development - following so closely after the Satio problems, could harm Christmas sales and consumer confidence in the Sony Ericsson brand - the phone manufacturer seems confident:
"At the moment, we don't see any damage or harm done", the company spokesperson said. "It is a contained issue affecting only a small number of consumers".
UPDATE: Sony Ericsson has now issued a bug fix software update.
