Did you know that water floats? In water? Serious question. 


It might seem daft to say that, but it's true.

In fact, water goes beyond floating - it actually bounces, as these amazing super slo-mo pictures prove.

I can't wrap my head around the maths of it all, but it's the effect that makes rain drops drop-shaped and allows insects to walk on the surface of ponds.

Regardless of the science, it's amazing to watch.
