In the States Panasonic has announced the launch of its first audio system with an iPod dock that takes the form of a photo frame.

The mixed-up MW-10 ("the ultimate multimedia solution for den, office, bedroom, dorm room or living room") offers a built-in CD player, FM radio tuner, and a universal dock for iPods and iPhones.

With a 9-inch WVGA LCD, the MW-10 can display photos from a CD, SD memory card and internal memory with transfer from a PC via USB.

It boasts a 4GB internal memory (not bad for a digi-frame) and can display a clock and iPod track menu, calendar and photos, clock and photos, or audio and calendar.

Complete with remote control, Panasonic's MW-10 will be available in December 2009 for $299.95.
