Nokia has released a video based on what it believes the future will be for mobile phone users.

The video, which has come out of a future vision conference in Helskini, unsurprisingly sees future users using tablet looking phones like the Nokia N900, that just so happens to be shipping in the UK.

As you also might expect, Nokia like everyone else believes augmented reality and social networking to be at the heart of the mobile phone in 2015.

Press play to see the "concepts" in action.

  • I'm surprised that you interpret vidoe that Nokia "unsurprisingly sees future users using tablet looking phones like the Nokia N900". Even the device in the preview image of the video difffers from N900.

I actually saw lot of different form factor in the video. I think one or even the main point of video is that:

    1. There will be different kind of devices for different situtiations
    2. The content will follow the user from device to device (they underlined this)

Then there was also these social networking, cloud service and augmented reality visions which everybody have.
