Nokia has gone down the rather bizarre and twisted route for its teaser campaign for the new Nokia N900, following in the footsteps of Verzion's Droid sci-fi launch.

The phone-come-tablet started shipping today and is the company's latest hope in holding off poor performance and a growing unrest for its Symbian OS.

Although the Verizon Droid and N900 aren't connected, the Nokia video, currently playing out on YouTube, features a Cloverfield style shoot of a group of men talking about a new mobile phone in what looks like an interrogation room.

You probably won't expect what happens next.
