Haynes, publisher of the famous Haynes Owners Workshop Manuals, has released the first Haynes iPhone app with help from developer Gourmet Pixel.
The Haynes App - "as intuitive and simple to use as the classic Haynes repair manual" - features step-by-step guides with images, 30 automotive categories and an overview to learn the basics of how a car works and operates.
The "My Garage" offers service reminders, MOT, insurance and tax renewal dates as well as options to create to do lists. There's also videos so users can watch exactly how each task is completed by a Haynes engineer.
The new app - Haynes: Car Tips - is available over at the App Store now for £2.99.
