Footage of Nintendo's new DSi XL (or LL as it's known in Japan) has been unearthed that gives a good comparison of how much larger the new model is over predecessors.

It's considerably larger - and more expensive - than the DSi. The XL offers dual 4.25-inch screens and comes with a bigger, thicker, pen-shaped stylus controller.

Hit play now to see the brief video - the Nintendo DSi LL will go on sale in Japan on 21 November for 20,000 yen - about £132 - while here in the UK it's due in Q1 2010.
