Corel launches international design contest

3 February 2009 15:50 GMT / By Verity Burns

Corel has launched an international design contest, open to both current and new CorelDRAW Graphics Suite users, to celebrate 20 years of the design software.

The international design contest features six entry categories for entrants to choose from including Advertising/Marketing, Promotional/Personalisation, Vehicle Wraps, Textile/Fashion Design, General Illustration and Fine Art.

There is also a separate category for student submissions.

Winners in each category will receive a "prize pack", and the overall grand prize winner will receive a Roland VersaCAMM VP-540 printer/cutter.

The competition closes on 31 May and winning entries will be announced in July 2009. Head over to the Corel website for more details on the competition and all the categories.
