Digital Blue has teamed up with Lego Systems to launch a line of Lego-inspired portable electronics, one of which is a digital camera.

Looking like it's been built using Lego bricks, the fully-functional digital camera is set for a US release with the rest of the line this summer, at price points ranging from $19.99 to $59.99.

Other products in the "Brick-Built" portable electronics line include MP3 players, walkie talkies and USB drives.

"We selected Digital Blue – the leader in youth electronics – to help bring the Lego brand to life in an all-new way for its fans", said Jill Wilfert, senior director of licensing for Lego Group.

"Our entrance into the youth electronics space will enable our fans to express themselves through photos, videos and music, while displaying their enthusiasm for one of the world’s all-time favorite toys".

Currently the products have only been confirmed for the US, Canada and Mexico. We'll let you know if we hear any news on a European release.
