Fujifilm has released new firmware updates for a number of its Finepix models.

Firstly firmware version 1.12 has been released for the Finepix S5 DSLR, which will prevent the camera freezing when using the PC controlling software including in the Hyper Utility HS-V3.

The second firmware update - version 1.03 - is for the J150w, J120, J110w and J100 compact cameras. This update ensures that when printing pictures directly to a PictBridge printer, the "Borderless Print" setting in the print settings is applied to the printer.

If you have any of these cameras, you are strongly advised to update your firmware at the earliest opportunity. Head over to the Fujifilm website to download the correct version for your camera, as well as full instruction of how to do so.
