The humble paper trimmer is set to make a comeback

The humble paper trimmer is set to make a comeback as digital photographers turn back to printing and sticking images in paper albums.

Swordfish, has launched a range of paper trimmers that it says "no serious scrap booker or any arts and craft enthusiast can afford to be without".

Available in three sizes, A5, A4 and A3, paper can cut in five different
ways: straight, perforated, wavy, zig-zag and also fold crease.

The paper-trimmer is equipped with a carbon steel blade that safely cuts up to ten sheets at a time. In addition, the Swordfish Trimmer base plates are printed with standard paper size markings to aid accurate trimming and even allow angles to be cut.

All Paper-Trimmers in the Swordfish range come with replaceable heads, which it says negates the need to buy a new trimmer once the original blade gets worn out from heavy usage.
