Jobo adds two high-res frames to its offering

Hold 800 to 8,000 photos

Jobo has introduced two new digital photo frames into its family of digital imaging products.

The PDJ801 and PDJ800 both feature an 8.4-inch high-res, TFT-colour LCD display, as well as an 800 x 600 pixel resolution and a contrast ratio of 500:1.

Both frames support all popular memory cards, and have an internal memory that allow you to download images from your memory card, or PC via the included USB cable.

The 1 GB internal memory of the new Jobo PDJ801 can store an impressive 8,000 pictures, while the PDJ800 can store approximately 800 in its 128MB internal memory.

Another additional extra the Jobo PDJ801 features over its sibling is an integrated rechargeable 1500 mAh Li-Ion battery. This allows for the digital picture frame to be used without the need for a power cables or as a mobile device that can be taken anywhere on the move.

Both Jobo models support picture browsing, thumbnail mode and slideshow with various transition effects. They also allow users to organise their images into folders and display specific slideshows according to subjects such as vacation, birthday and wedding.

Other features include user-friendly functions such as Copy, Delete and Rotate photos as well as Picture Effects like black and white, a calendar and alarm clock.

The Jobo frame are available for now, priced at €179 (£150) for the PDJ801 and €159 (£135) for the PDJ800.
