Sagem Communications has announced the MF 6680n all-in-one, combining a colour printer, copier, scanner and fax into one package.

The MF 6680n offers high-res 1200x600 dpi printing and can deliver 16 colour or 20 black and white pages a minute.

On the scanning side of things, it works as a flat colour scanner and can scan without the need of a PC thanks to its "scan to" functions, enabling you to save your scan to a USB or send to an email address instead.

You can even edit a paper document by scanning it and then converting to an editable document using the OmniPage SE 4.0 OCR (Optical Character Recognition) function.

The MF 6680n is compatible with all over-IP infrastructures, including fax and telephony over IP. To use its FoIP functionality, you simply have to connect the all-in-one to a Sagem Fax ATA, before connecting this to a network terminal.

The all-in-one is also ready to be integrated into your network with its Ethernet 10/100 base TX port to connect to your LAN and SNMP compatibility meaning it can be full integrated with all your networked peripherals.

Also, included is an embedded web server, meaning the MF 6680n can be maintained and configured via any PC on the network.

The MF 6680n is priced at £765 and available now.
