Kodak releases EasyShare software version 7

Now you can tag and rate

30 May 2008 19:49 GMT / By Verity Burns

Kodak has updated its Easyshare Software to version 7.

The new version now allows you to tag your photos and give star ratings and captions to them in order to personalise and organise them more easily.

If you upload all of your pictures to sites such as Flickr, your tags will be transferred too, which saves you having to do it twice. It also makes it easier to locate photos from the same day or with the same theme, instead of having to trawl through album after album to find your favourites.

The software still has its simple editing tools to make sure you get the best from your pictures, and also easy tools to help you set up online albums, email them to friends and print your pictures.

The software is free to download from the Kodak website, so if you have a Kodak camera, head on over there to get the update.
