Corel has unveiled Corel Painter Essentials 4, the latest release from the company’s digital media portfolio. Based on Corel Painter, Essentials 4 claims to include everything new users need to set up their own home art studio.Featuring a wide selection of paint brushes, pencils, paper textures and built-in tutorials, Painter Essentials 4 is can help users get started with digital art and create stunning paintings - either from existing photos or from scratch.
Corel has redesigned the Painter Essentials user interface, available on the Windows and Mac platforms, Painter Essentials 4 is aimed at digital camera users, scrapbookers, arts and craft enthusiasts, art teachers and students of any age.
Corel says that with art tools that faithfully replicate their traditional counterparts, it is easier than ever before for users to achieve more expressive hand painted works of art.
The suggested retail price of £39 for the full box version and £29 for the upgrade box. Corel Painter Essentials 4 is available now through the UK Corel Store at www.corel.com.
