Serif has launched its latest version of its AlbumPlus X2 software that promises easy digital photo organisation and sharing.

The new product, which will cost £39.99, is Serif's Microsoft Windows Vista certified digital image manager that enables users to organise, browse, search and locate digital images, movies and sounds.

For the creative ones amongst you, the software also allows a multitude of ways to view, print and share photos as screensavers, calendars, greetings cards, multimedia slideshows and much more.

New features include a new interface to help make navigating around the package easier as well as the ability to export to the VCD format. The software now also has a stronger focus on getting images to other mediums like mobile phones.
