PMA 2007: HP Photosmart Essential 2.0 software announced

HP has announced an update to its photo software bundled in the box as it heads for a "seamless digital photography experience".

The new software, which is called HP Photosmart Essential 2.0 will allow users to organise and edit photos, use tags to categorise photos and order lab quality prints and album pages as well as sharing images online.

The software is available as a free download in 21 languages from the company's website (see link below) and will ship with all of HPs laptops and desktop machines as standard later in the year.
