Lexar has said that it will be showing off new JumpDrive storage cards and high performance memory cards next week at CES.

The company has also announced that it has launched an 8GB capacity version for its JumpDrive Secure II and JumpDrive FireFly flash drives

Lexar has said it will also be showcasing a wide range of memory cards, geared toward meeting the demands of today’s digital media devices.

Among the products being featured are high-performance flash memory cards that maximize the functionality and performance of advanced mobile phones and handheld multimedia devices, including compact SD form factors in a wider variety of capacities up to 2GB, enough to handle the broad range of special applications from computer files to games, music, video, images and more.

Key to digital photographers will be introduction of a range of SDHC cards.
