We've a real mixed bag of tech-themed goodies for you in today's daily roundup with the news that a Star Trek-esque Tricorder-type device will soon be available to doctors and possibly to expectant parents.
Meanwhile tweets from popular micro-blogging site Twitter are to be integrated into search results from both Microsoft's Bing and Google's search services.
