Buy storage solution, get hit movie free

Samsung has announced the launch of the Samsung S2 Portable external hard drive that hits shop shelves today.

In an attempt to make portable storage a little more exciting, Samsung is offering the S2 complete with a "worldwide box office hit".

A digital version of "Angels & Demons", as directed by Ron Howard from the Dan Brown novel, will be pre-loaded onto the storage device, apparently an industry first.

Capacity-wise, the S2 offers 500GB as well as auto back-up, "SecretZone" that encrypts and stores data on a virtual drive and "SafetyKey" password protection.

It's on sale now from Amazon.co.uk for £75.

  • Yep, I always consider a movie to be a smash hit when they have to give it away free with other products only 1 month after the DVD release. Posted by GK, UK
