Gamercize, the company behind peripherals that don't let you game unless you're also working out, is offering a three-in-one family fit system that works with the Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360.

Glimpsed briefly in the video above, the set-up incorporates a rowing machine and a cycling exercise machine that can be used away from the console.

It also includes the Gamercize bits that work with the consoles to only let you play as you're exercising.

"The best in exergaming technology provides all the distraction from the effort of exercise with video games", says Gamercize.

The Gamercize three-in-one family fit is on sale now priced at £699.90 plus delivery.
