The BBC's "Micro Men" debuts on British television tonight. Announced under the title "Syntax Era", it's described by the Beeb as an "affectionately comic drama about the British home computer boom of the early 1980s". It follows the rivalry between Sir Clive Sinclair, played by Alexander Armstrong (Armstrong & Miller) and his former colleague, Martin Freeman's Chris Curry, as they go head to head in the growing home computer market. It's showing at 9pm tonight on BBC Four, but if you're out, it will obviously also be shown on the good ol' iPlayer afterwards, as well as on BBC HD on 14 October.
