Nokia E72 goes up for pre-order

Nokia has revealed its latest Eseries device, the Nokia E72, is now available to pre-order. Nokia will be offering the phone direct, on a SIM-free basis, and exclusive in black online priced at £359.

The full QWERTY smartphone offers a wide variety of email and messaging options, and improves on its predecessor, the E71 with a new optical navigation key for more intuitive scrolling, a 5-megapixel camera and a standard 3.5mm audio jack.

There's also A-GPS and compass with integrated Nokia Maps, active noise cancellation, and a torch function that can be activated with a press of the spacebar key.

A sales start date and operator availability in the UK is due be announced soon, while pre-orders are live over at the Nokia online shop.
