Sanyo launch LCD TV for the garden

32-inch LCD panel for watching footie in the sun

For those who intend to spend the summer in the garden watching the World Cup in Germany might just be in luck with the launch of a weather-resistant LCD TV by Sanyo.

The 32-inch panel is perfect for both interior and exterior uses, and can not only withstand a range of weather conditions but also harsh environments, such as dusty or humid conditions.

The LCD display has gained an IP56 weather-resistant accreditation and offers full protection against the elements; a lightweight aluminum frame is covered by an acrylic front panel whilst the metal frame provides added security.

The SANYO Outdoor LCD comes complete with TV Tuner as well as SCART, PC and BNC inputs.

The company has yet to set a price on the new set, nor will it guarantee that Mrs. Pocket-lint will let you sit in the sun watching the footie.
