Free game kick-start with the PSP Go
A choice of three to help get into the digital ways

PSP owners thinking of upgrading to the PSP Go can let out a little whoop of joy today with the promise of three free games as soon as their new handheld is out of the box. Sony has set up a special offer through the PlayStation Network to help ease the tricky transition from the UMD removable discs to pure digital downloads by letting you choose from 17 classic titles without so much as spending a bean.
Anyone with a PSP-1000, 2000 or 3000 and at least one UMD should log on to the Network with both consoles, register for the PSP Go Rewards and then have a big smile when they get an e-mail voucher for their freebies. The games include Wipeout Pure, Killzone: Liberation, Everybody's Golf and Buzz Brain Bender but no need to chose in a hurry. The offer lasts from 1st October 2009 and 31st March 2010.
Not a bad way to start your digital games collection and, with 16GB of onboard storage, there'll still be plenty of room for all your vids, pics and tunes, and any other shoot 'em ups, smack 'em downs and whatever else takes your fancy.
