Asus has announced the UK launch of the Asus Eee PC Disney MK90 netbook.

The 8.9-inch netbook weighs in at just over 1kg, and is said to be "a dream come true for little Disney Princesses".

Little Disney Princes get a blue version, the Princess' model is, of course, pink "with a fairytale pattern".

As well as a lick of paint on the outside cover, the Disney netbooks, already launched in the US as the Disney Netpals, get a "Magic Desktop" with Disney content on-board.

Specs include Windows XP, Intel Atom N270, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, card reader, three USB ports and a Mickey Mouse shaped webcam.

Spill and bump-proof, the MK90s include parental control software and go sale for an RRP of £299.
