Nokia's Twist has hit America on the Verizon network and we were on hand to poke that curious hole.

As our pictures show the Nokia 7705 Twist (to give it its full name) comes with a hole ready to poke your pencil through or just add to your key chain. Either way though we aren't so sure, but then we aren't down with the kids.

Those that are will be able to tap away on the slide out keyboard sporting EV-DO Rev handset.

Features include support for email, video capture, Bluetooth, a built-in mirror, a 2.5mm headset jack and up to 270 minutes talk time all running off the Brew rather than Symbian operating system.

The Nokia Twist is available for $99.99 after $50.00 mail-in rebate with a new two-year customer agreement, the same price as the Pixie and the iPhone.
