Pantone offers myPANTONE iPhone app

Pantone, "the global authority on colour", has announced the availability of myPANTONE, an iPhone app that gives access to Pantone's colour palettes.

But, it's not just a digital versions of the colour charts, the app also offers options for finding colours that match and clash, options to email colours and post colours to social networking sites.

Using the iPhone's camera, the app also works as a matching system too with the software finding the closest colour match to a snapped shade.

myPANTONE for iPhone and iPod touch is available for download at the App Store for $9.99, 7.99 euros or £6.99.
