Carphone Warehouse has detailed the mobile Wi-Fi, or MiFi range it is now offering.

Creating portable Wi-Fi hotspots, the devices can connect up to five Wi-Fi enabled devices to the Internet at any place, any time and without any need for dongles or other software up to a range of 10 metres.

The retailer will be offering 3's Mobile MiFi solution available on a pay as you go basis for £99.99 or on a £15 per month rolling contract with the device charged at £69.99.

In addition, the Novatel Wireless Intelligent Mobile Hotspot 2352 on T-Mobile will be available from free on a £20 per month, 18-month contract from early October.

For both plans, there's a 3GB data usage allowance per month.

  • Only three Gig a month for up to five devices! The device is not going to be in use for long each month. Anyone thinking that is worth that sort of money has too much income. Posted by Allan, England
