Images and info on a new HTC handset has been revealed online, uncovering a potential competitor to the Toshiba TG01.

The new "Leo" has been leaked, unveiling a forthcoming Windows Mobile 6.5 phone from the Taiwanese smartphone maker.

Stand-out features include a large, 4.3-inch WVGA (reportedly capacitive) touchscreen and a 1GHz "Snapdragon" processor from Qualcomm.

Offering 3.5G speeds, the device is said to get a 5-megapixel camera with auto focus, microSD slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS and a 3.5mm jack.

There is nothing official from HTC on this yet, so it's unclear whether it's an early prototype or coming soon, but we'll keep you posted.
