Also known as the HP Mini 311 depending on the territory you are shopping in, we got our hands on the new Compaq Mini 311, one of a new breed of netbooks running on Intel's Atom processor, but bringing the Nvidia ION GPU to the party.

It sports an 11.6-inch, 1366 x 768 pixel resolution, display, joining the latest crop of larger devices (perhaps not technically netbooks by definition).

As a result, you have a small format PC with the power to do all the things you want.

Priced at £349, feast your eyes on these pics and keep them peeled for an ION storm coming through the rest of the year.
