Samsung XL2370 23-inch monitor announced

Samsung has announced the launch of the the new XL2370 monitor, describing it as "groundbreaking", with the boast of being Samsung's highest performance display which incorporates "LED BLU" backlight technology.
With a 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution and a 2ms response time, there's a dynamic contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1 that claims to provide "rich realistic colours and dramatic depth of detail for consumers who want the ultimate in cutting edge display".
Samsung claims the 23-inch XL2370 is up to 70% slimmer than conventional monitors and uses 33% less power. Other environmental credentials come in with the fact that it's VOC-free, lead and mercury free, and is 100% recyclable.
The Samsung XL2370 will be available in November from both high street and online retailers, no pricing revealed.
