Best Buy goes early with iPod touch 3rd gen accessories

Best Buy has gone live, ahead of the much rumoured and anticipated iPod touch 3rd generation launch, listing a number of accessories from Belkin all for the yet unannounced product.
Although none of the listings mention a digital camera on the back of the new model, that hasn't stopped the company listing six new case lines on their website, some with "hand straps" perhaps suggesting a need to keep the touch steady.
Following earlier reports that the new models maybe delayed Pocket-lint phoned a number of Best Buy and Wal-mart stores in the New Jersey, New York area.
While most had no details of the new models inbound, the electronics department of Wal-mart in Riverdale, New Jersey, said that they were expecting the "newer" iPod touch models in at the "end of the month."
Apple is expected to launch a new range of iPod touch and nano models at its annual music event on Wednesday.
