PHOTOS: Samsung Blu-Ray soundbar with YouTube too

Like LG, Samsung has also decided that convergence is the way to go in home cinema and that's exactly what we saw when we took a look at the company's Blu-ray soundbar on the show floor at IFA.

The device works wirelessly to bring video-on-demand via your home network and straight to your screen which, of course, means instant access to weeks and weeks of YouTube footage of dogs on skateboards.

Perhaps the more interesting advantage is that the sub-woofer unit will work without cables too and can be placed anywhere you like to suit your needs. Nice piece of kit.
