Toshiba has launched a trio of camcorders at IFA 2009 in the form of the Camileo S20, H30 and X100 models - all of which offer full HD (1920 x 1080p).The Camileo S20 launches as one of the slimmest HD camcorders in the world at just 17mm, whilst claims for the H30 include "functionality with ease of use", the X100 getting a decent 10x optical zoom.
The S20 appears to be the budget option with specs including 4x digital zoom, 5-megapixel sensor and 3-inch rotating screen.
With the H30 you'll get an improved 10 megapixels, 5x optical zoom and 10x digital, whilst better still is the X100 featuring a 10-megapixel sensor 10x optical, 10x digital and a 4GB built-in flash memory. Both the H30 and X100 get LCD touchscreen panels.
Prices come in at £119.99 for the S20, £189.99 for the H30 whilst the top-end X100 gets a £269.99 price tag. All models should be available Q4 2009 and as ever we'll keep you posted.
