Hands-on the new Android handset

T-Mobile today announced their third foray into the Android OS, with the launch of the T-Mobile Pulse, a device based on Huawei hardware.
Sporting a 3.5-inch HVGA touchscreen, T-Mobile and Huawei have added a Canvas homescreen, which allows you to drag your way around a number of customisable homepages, expandable over the default six that it comes with.
It's a shame they went with a 2.5mm headphone jack, because if you like your music, you'll firstly have to contend with the fiddly flap, and secondly use the supplied adapter before you can use your own 'phones.
Looking remarkably like Windows Mobile devices of yesteryear, T-Mobile cite 300 hours of standby and 210 minutes of talk time.
