IFA 2009: New speaker system to be announced at show

Gear4, the company behind a range of speakers for the iPod and iPhone will announce a new iPod speaker system at IFA in Berlin, Germany Pocket-lint has learnt.

Called the SoundOrb Aurora, the new speaker will offer a wireless sub woofer and be designed for both the iPod and iPhone from Apple.

Details are thin on the ground at the moment, however judging by the picture snapped at the show stand, the sub woofer element will come in a range of glowing colours.

We will have more when an official announcement is made from the Show.
