Creative has announced that its Vado HD camcorders will henceforth work with Apple's OS X operating system. The company has built Vado Central for the platform, which has video transferring features and the ability to export footage straight to iMovie. The application will be available to download in the first half of September, and should work with all Vados, past and present. On top of the software release, Creative has also announced a couple of new colour combinations for the device.
There's a 4GB model available in "glossy white with green accents", along with an 8GB version that comes in "glossy black with red accents".The former should hold 60 minutes of video, whereas the latter will get you about 2 hours. Both are available for pre-order as of today.
