Are these the first official shots of the Leica M9? According to Leica fans they very well could be.The images are from a promotional teaser from the camera company launched on Monday in preparation for a "big" camera launch from the company on the 9 September.
The M9 is expected to replace the current M8 offering, which was the first digital M series camera from the company. The first "film" based M series was launched in 1953.
Found in the video, the 4 seconds of screen time gave us enough time to grab six shots, admittedly some blurry.
Not much to go on, but it's a start.
We will keep you posted.
