Trust announce laptop docking solution

Trust has announced a new mini docking station to use with laptops that it hopes will remove the hassle of connecting multiple cables to your laptop every time you want to use an external keyboard and mouse.

The unit the Trust 520 DS USB2 Mini Notebook Docking Station is connected to your laptop via a USB 2.0 cable. The docking station has two PS/2 connections, for a mouse and a keyboard, as well as an integrated 3-port USB 2.0 hub for connecting three extra devices to the notebook, such as a printer, a scanner or a webcam.

Trust has also announced a USB 1.1 version: the Trust 510 DS Mini Notebook Docking Station. Both devices are compatible with a Macintosh and Windows.

Both units are available now. The Trust 520 DS USB2 Mini Notebook Docking Station costs £21.99 while the USB1.1 version £14.99
