Amazon is tempting those yet to grab a copy of Apple's new OS, Snow Leopard, with an 8% price reduction in the UK and 14% price reduction in the US.In the UK, Amazon.co.uk is currently selling the new operating system £2 cheaper than Apple's own suggest price and website at £23 including free postage and packaging.
Meanwhile in the US, the company is also offering a discount for those happy to buy it from Amazon rather than Apple. The online retailer is selling it for $25 rather than Apple's $29.
The price is clearly proving popular, with the OS currently the second bestselling software title for the company in the UK and number 1 in the US.
