Zune's rather a leaky ship. In the absence of any official announcements, we've had leaks of the full specs, the release date, all the promotional images, and now the pricing.

The 16GB version of the MP3 player will cost $220 (about £130 at time of writing) and the 32GB one will be $290 (around £175). The prices have come from the inventory system of Best Buy - a major US electronics retailer, which also back up the 8 September release date.

As previously reported on Pocket-lint, the latest iteration of Microsoft's cult MP3 player will offer a 16:9 widescreen format OLED touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 x 272. Users will be able to output HD content (720p) to an HD-Ready TV via an optional dock that ships with an HDMI connection.
