Evesham goes after gamers with new Quest A420 notebook

Evesham Technology has announced the launch of the new Quest A420 notebook geared towards gamers

Evesham Technology has announced the launch of the new Quest A420 notebook that promises to run any game currently on the market.

The new model features AMD's Turion 64 Mobile Technology and ATI's Mobility Radeon X1600 graphics card, as well as a 15.4 inch WXGA wide screen display (1280x800) alongside Windows XP Media Center Edition.

The model also comes with a Dual Layer DVD-RW drive, a built-in fingerprint reader, a mini PCI 802.11bg LAN wireless card.

Gamers and instant messaging fans will also like the built-in 1.3 megapixel camera at the top of the screen for video conferencing.

Built-in Bluetooth provides additional wireless connectivity while a 6-in-1 media card reader along with 4 x USB2, Firewire, VGA, TV-Out, and DVI ports handle cabled connectivity.

Evesham are also promising 3 hours battery life from a single charge.

The Quest A420 is available now. Prices start from £899.
