Samsung Messenger gets Mister Cartoon make-over

MetroPCs to auction collectible phones

Samsung and MetroPCs have teamed up in the States to offer a version of the Samsung Messenger handset as designed by Mister Cartoon, the tattoo artist, illustrator and designer.

The limited edition Samsung Messenger will get Mister Cartoon wallpapers, ringtones and animation preloaded with money from the sale of each phone going towards arts- and yoof-related charities.

While the decaled phone will go on sale more widely later this year, the first ten phones in the series will be auctioned for charity on the MetroPCs website later in August.
