Samsung has launched a new teaser online campaign ahead of the launch of its new range of "Smart Cameras".

The "tap and take" promo is designed to get consumers excited about the new cameras that "promise to transform the way consumers take pictures and will feature a host of new technologies designed to bring fun and ease of use for the photographer".

"The 'Tap and Take' teaser is a fun taster of the exciting and totally unique set of groundbreaking technologies featured in the new products", says Stephen Mitchell, general manager marketing, Samsung digital imaging division.

"We hope that it both teases and excites the public ahead of the forthcoming launch... We believe they’ll open up a whole new approach to personal photography for consumers".

The new "Smart Cameras" will be unveiled globally from 13 August - we will keep you posted. In the mean time, Samsung is asking for guesses as to what "tap and take" could possibly mean. Feel free to share your guess in the comments box below.
