What's wrong with brown gadgets?

Here are a few pics of the "Mocha" HTC Hero, which isn't quite as brown as we were expecting. There's even a comparison shot with a brown Zune, thrown in there, for proof.
The "Mocha" Hero is only available from the Carphone Warehouse, and its sister site, mobiles.co.uk. It appears that it's only available on Orange, too.
Until recently, only graphite and black were available, but the brown one (as well as pink, which we hope to get some pictures of soon) is available free on a contract (with no price attached) from August.
