Cat owners fed up of having to change their cat litter every couple of days are being offered an end to cleaning with the CatGenie.

The $329 litter box comes with the promise of you never having to clean out your cats pee and poo again as it connects to your water system and auto washes.

A cross between a toilet and a washing machine the CatGenie uses a cleaning arm and a douse of water to save you getting dirty.

Those keen not to see what their cat is up to, can opt for a covered "Tuxedo" version for $400, making you the talk of your neighbours for better or worse.
