Combining facial recognition, social networking and mobile devices, a company called TAT (which stands for The Astonishing Tribe, apparently) has developed a mobile application called AugmentedID.

The idea is that you choose which services surround you at any one time, and then using a camera phone, people can view those services. "Modifying your augmented ID is easier than fixing your hair in real life!" says the company.
