CeBIT – Hauppauge show off new range

Hauppauge has announced a wrath of new products at CeBIT this year. The most interesting of which is a Freeview player for the PC and the support of the DivX video format.

Hauppauge's WinTV Nova-T range of receivers will provide Freeview reception for Microsoft Windows XP Media Center equipped Pcs. Owners will be able to extend their viewing to the 30+ Freeview channels in the UK with full access to the PVR functions of XP Media Center - Pause live TV, Record TV, TimeShifting, EPG.

Additionally like Linksys, Hauppauge is upgrading its MediaMVP to the Wireless-G standard as well as announcing that all forth coming products will feature USB2.0.
